The Team Behind the Enclave
Team Front Range, led by Kristen White, proudly represents and markets Enclave at Peakview Estates. With nearly three decades of experience in Colorado real estate, Kristen and her team bring unmatched knowledge of new home construction and luxury residential sales throughout the Denver metro and Boulder County areas.
Working alongside Kristen is Scott Boknecht, her trusted partner and on-site expert, ensuring every client receives personalized guidance through each step of the buying process.
The vision for Enclave comes from John “Woody” Stone, whose forward-thinking approach to community design inspired the creation of homes that adapt to families at every stage of life.

David E Elliott
David E. Elliott is an accomplished construction and project management professional with more than four decades of experience overseeing residential homebuilding across Colorado. His career spans leadership roles with respected builders such as Mission Viejo, Begg Homes, Ryland Homes, Kemmons Wilson, and KB Home, where he managed teams, directed full project cycles, coordinated municipal approvals, and delivered high-quality homes for thousands of buyers.
Dave’s expertise covers every phase of construction, including scheduling, subcontractor oversight, contract negotiation, budgeting, quality control, and customer relations. Known for his steady leadership and detail-driven approach, he has successfully guided both single-project and multi-project operations, ensuring on-time delivery, strong craftsmanship, and a smooth homeowner experience.
In his current role with Peakview Estates LLC and Enclave at Montview LLC, Dave provides full turnkey construction and project management. He oversees subcontractor and supplier contracts, directs all field operations, maintains quality standards, and serves as a key liaison between construction, sales, marketing, and municipal partners. His extensive industry knowledge, calm professionalism, and commitment to building homes the right way continue to make him an invaluable leader on every community he supports.
