Team Front Range, led by Kristen White, proudly represents and markets Enclave at Peakview Estates. With nearly three decades of experience in Colorado real estate, Kristen and her team bring unmatched knowledge of new home construction and luxury residential sales throughout the Denver metro and Boulder County areas.
Working alongside Kristen is Scott Boknecht, her trusted partner and on-site expert, ensuring every client receives personalized guidance through each step of the buying process.

John "Woody" Woodruff Stone
Woody Stone brings more than 30 years of residential development experience to Enclave at Peakview Estates. Over his career, he has overseen the planning, financing, and delivery of more than 2,500 homes across multiple states — including 700 right here along Colorado's Front Range.
Woody is known for building communities that work — for buyers, for families, and for the neighborhoods they become part of. His background spans land acquisition, entitlements, site development, financial modeling, and market analytics. He has served as CEO, corporate vice president, and court-appointed receiver, and is widely recognized as an authority in multi-generational and cross-generational housing design.
Enclave at Peakview Estates is the kind of project Woody has spent his career working toward — a thoughtfully designed community that delivers real value in one of Colorado's most desirable counties. This project is personal to him. And it shows.
The Builder
David E Elliott
Dave Elliott has been building homes in Colorado for more than four decades. His career includes leadership roles with some of the most respected builders in the country — KB Home, Ryland Homes, Mission Viejo, and Begg Homes — where he oversaw thousands of homes from groundbreaking to move-in day.
At Enclave, Dave personally manages every phase of construction: subcontractor oversight, scheduling, quality control, and the final walkthrough. He is the reason your home will be built on time, built right, and built to last.
